Before you arrive
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Villa guests may request a later departure, often granted without charge.
Is there a dress code for the casino?
Smart casual is asked of all guests. The Kaede Salon prefers jackets in the evening but does not require ties.
Can children stay with us?
Children are welcome at Momiji Tower and Garden Villas. Tea House Suites is for guests 14 and over, and the casino is 18+.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings are free to cancel up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations are charged the first night.
