1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, booking a stay, or visiting the Sarmeki property and casino, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Additional terms may apply to specific offers, events and gaming promotions.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings depend on availability and are confirmed once we send a written confirmation. Rates are per room, per night, and may exclude taxes and service charges unless stated. We may take a deposit or card pre-authorisation at booking and require a card on file at check-in for incidentals.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days, changes that shorten a stay, and no-shows are charged the first night. Offers and special rates may be non-refundable, as stated at the time of booking.
4. Check-In, Check-Out and Conduct
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Photo ID is required at check-in. Guests must respect other guests, staff and the property. We may end a stay without refund for damage, harassment, illegal activity, or conduct that endangers others. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and cleaning fees apply for violations.
5. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to enter the gaming floor or take part in any gaming activity. We may ask for valid photographic ID at any time and may refuse entry or service if we cannot verify your age or identity.
6. Gaming Rules
All gaming is subject to the house rules displayed at each table and machine and to applicable gaming regulations. Game outcomes are determined by the rules and equipment of the game. We may refuse or remove any bet, close a table, or ask a patron to leave at our discretion, including where we have concerns about responsible gaming. Cheating, collusion or use of electronic aids is prohibited, and winnings may be withheld and reported to authorities.
7. Promotions and Loyalty
Promotions, free-play credit and loyalty benefits are subject to their own terms, have no cash value unless stated, are non-transferable, and may be changed or withdrawn. Abuse of a promotion may lead to forfeiture and removal from the programme.
8. Self-Exclusion and Limits
If you have self-excluded or set limits with us, we will enforce them, but you remain responsible for your own play. Please read our Responsible Gaming page. Gaming winnings and losses are your own responsibility for tax purposes.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss caused by our negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for personal belongings left unattended. Use of the safe in your room is recommended. Optional activities, such as boating or excursions, may require a separate waiver.

Text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Sarmeki Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the site is free from errors or interruptions.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Momiji Coast. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Momiji Coast, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
